There's a lot of mudslinging goes on on this forum so if emotions get charged I bet some stuff gets said in the heat of the moment.
If he claims he's a local, and he talks about local issues, and discusses local infrastructure, councils and businesses, my guess is he is probably a local. It also explains why he has an interest in the forum when not a holder.
But if he's not and it's all a big con, well it won't cost me anything and I won't lose any sleep over it so it's no big deal. And you get to become Superman so you gotta be happy with that.
