Went to the AGM today, and if you wanted to witness a more and disgraceful performance by a Chairman of a Board you would be going to do so. He was nasty vindictive and very unprofessional to those that challenged or questioned his claims.

Thank God for James Earl who displayed a modicum of professionalism.

The Questions that were asked :
What was Pass figure per Tonne: answer: confidential.

Why was the failure of Pass disclosure only revealed several months after the contact was awarded elsewhere?
: Response : They were only aware that the bid was unsuccessful shortly before the announcement to the market.
( As an aside the whole Industry knew but NAG were unaware of the fact.)

What happened to much anticipated Company Maker ERR approval?

Response : All documentation regarding Pass deals will have to be resubmitted.
( Aside: Pass won't be happening for a long while, best scenario, end 2018/ early 2019 at best)

Gold testing will begin Jan 2018 in two spots and if they are dusters, we just have to stay tuned the holders on HC.
