Mike was clealy frustrated by one guy. Mike wasn't put in his place. I'm not sure what that means anyway. Mike could have shut the guy down quicker when questions that were out of place were asked. (Eg asking abour PASS in the financial report motion).
The whole episode added less than 5 minutes to the meeting.
He's right that there wasn't many people there.
