Well NAG is not doing a capital raising, and instead will raise the money through options. The directors take their money at their risk for increased rewards. It waters down the value of my shares but gives me confidence that they belive in the future of NAG.
They have far more information about NAGs opportunities than me and if they are investing there must be something good about to happen. It makes me want more shares at these low prices below the value of the options.
