"selling of good business units" – yes, this is my concern. I have watched Hills for the last four years waiting for the right time to invest, but it never came. The lack of strategic vision in the boardroom resulted in a lack of strategic vision in management. Truly valuable business units, including the health division, were degraded because they seemed incapable of recognising that the technology landscape was changing and they comprehensively failed to invest in innovation and renewal.
I stopped watching closely about 12 months ago. Hills is a deeply tragic story.
