know some who have been in it for nearly 10 years..paid alittle more than the $1.40 on offer, some of them..

With 180/200 mil in the bank they obviously dont value the pipeline all that highly..

Not sure how much they own now ,but one broker has/was a substancial holder[20/25%]cant see them accepting it if they still have a decent holding..
