This is an opportunistic bid prior to 621 Arthritis psoriasis results due any day. Once we see 621 results the share price will sit above the offer price of $1.40 anyway. A couple of independent directors cashed in their shares at $1.40 considering Jessop one director has made 300% on his investment you cant blame him i suppose if 621 is a goer this is worth $6.00. I will look for a statement from the board of directors asking shareholders to do nothing at this point of time. You would be mad to sell at this price and i wont be surprised to see it open above the offer price come Monday!
