    re: Ann: Cephaon International t/o offer now ... Thanx SOF...I'm OUT!! Sold some on market at 1.37 and some to the Cephalan&%(&*() what ever u want to call them ?? Might get in after offer closed but out for now! IMO best decision..had too much cash at stake.
