Thanks board for coming up with something better. I however will be leaving my NO vote and i will see what happens. I am still not happy about the 100mil that will be distributed to the cnp holders.
I understand that some of the big players in CER have holdings in CNP and they have been involved in massaging the agreement, however as said my votes stands.
