I can't help but feel looking at the very generous Amended offer to CER holders from the Management, with the bigger stake in in CRF that we are all getting a bigger slice of the same sinking ship. we are not out of the GFC fog in australia yet 1 - 8.7% more shares than first offered with a greater slice of the CRF Pie 2 - 9.5% increase in our supposed NVA 3 - and a 9.5% increase in our NTA great... well deserved 4 - and the management say No change to the previously advised financial metrics of CRF & No change to Board recommendation and Independent Expert opinions which a lot of CER shareholders did not agree with. If it smells like s..t and it tastes like s..t then it just might be, DYOR... I still will be voting no but my small holding won't make much difference good luck and watch out its rain s..t
