    Centro Retail Trust (CER) has been served with court documents filed by the Australian
    Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) relating to civil proceedings that ASIC has
    commenced in the Federal Court of Australia. The proceedings related to CER’s
    financial accounts for the year ending 30 June 2007.
    The action is against two current and four previous Directors of Centro MCS Manager
    Limited, as responsible entity for Centro Retail Trust.
