re: Ann: CER - Centro Retail Trust Market Upd... could someone explain the "sale" of US shopping centres to "Inland US investment" ?? how much did they sell, what was the price? what is the NTA of those assets? what fees are we paying? why did they do it? what are the benefits?
all l see are questions which they just glossed over, no wonder the market sold down.
For a complex group the last thing we need is "mysterious transactions".
So how has the NTA been affected by this transaction, what is the interest rate on the new refinancing?
all the talk about NOI, but what are the extraordinary expenses?

Also, what is the waffle with the currency hedges? How much is hedged at what currency exchange rate? How can we evaluate the picture with no hard data?? How much is the current loss position on currency, etc etc. l am still confused as to what has actually changed following this announcement and whether the company is any better off.
