Where are the quarterlys????

expected growth in NOI
Lots of statements reiterating that they are going to work in the interest of security holders (not stake holders)

Does anyone see msnagement jumping from cnp and becoming employees of CER in the future?????

No part asset will be held if CNP sells an asset in which cer has an interest in.

I hope cnp can sell it's buisness (managed funds etc) This money will hopefull be used to pay back some negative equity that cer has written off for them.
