can they get NTA for any of the assetts?
If CNP sells property which CER part owns then it will all go..
Gearing is too high at 80% - so it is either some forced sales or a capital raising - not inspiring stuff.
lots of costs - punitive interest on the new loans,
lots of expenses with all the "restructuring" and still have FOREX losses!
At best valuations stagnant but tenancies down.
where is the hard data and figures? All promises but cant see an easy out here, and dont forget directors bonuses!
it will take at least another year to sort this out, unless the bankers foreclose on CNP and take CER with it.
