Ian your scaring the holders here, the journos constantly hassle the project with a lot of crap. Most likely these guys will appeal any fine. The sprinkler system on the tailings dam is fine.
As for the pic above it
was not an exploration drill operation being performed close to Laguna Verde it was drilling to locate the refuge container and see if the container was occupied with the two young guys caught in the inundation.
