In November 2017 DC was issued shares in lieu of cash salary with a value of $111,343. 50% of that value was issued by way of options with an exercise price of 4 cents. Three bags from the current SP.

Take a read of the announcement released 27 Nov 2018 before calling me out. You are wrong. Other directors have also taken similar in order to preserve capital.

DC’s total skin in the game is 70.5 mil ordinary shares which at today’s SP has a value $775,500. This does not take into account his 11 mil worth of options. I wonder what that the value of these shares are at the price you paid. Certainly well into the millions noting the amound of noise you are making here....
