What exactly do you want to happen?
As far as I can see all we can do is wait for the parts to arrive. There is not much DC or the board can do about waiting for parts. It was just pi$$ poor timing to happen right around Christmas. If all goes well we will be back online in a couple of weeks I reckon.
As far as selling the 20% stake goes, that could be a blessing and take away any potential for a CR before the end of the campaign. Furthermore it seems (maybe Im assuming) that the well stability issues have been addressed too.
All told there was a small whiff of good news in this announcement today...
