Management should be able to convince current drilling company to continue on with equity offer. Instead of going home without a job they probably wouldn’t mind working for the possibility of getting rewarded when they hit oil in well2. They must know since they are so close to the action. It would hard to convince them with the oil showing in well1. Damned we are so close. That stupid DC!
