no way I don't agree with that theory...manipulation of the highest order. That scenario would not only give them a truly bad reputation, would be highly illegal (and from what I know about these guys they don't seem that way inclined) leave a bad taste for future investors/traders re: raisings etc. They've simply made a mistake and obviously underestimated the basaltic problem, are acquiring the correct equipment and it will be onwards and upwards before we know it!
