    So it appears 'books and furniture' were bought for personal use with taxpayer funds. I'd like to hear how this impacts drilling because it seems unrelated. Now, I know our boys on the ground may need some couches and books because there doesn't seem to be much drilling going on but I'm sure Petrel manages that themselves.
