They're collecting submissions until the 25th March, so I doubt we will hear anything before then (happily proven wrong).
I think (hope?) that GSA is on hold until we can get a gas processing agreement which is on hold until we get pipe approval.
March has been the longest month of my life and its only half done! So much to look forward to.
