If only they had the humility to engage with the stakeholders, admit their errors and ask for assistance. No millions wasted on UBS Lazard, lawyers or GSO and a chance of trading out of it. Instead the arrogant Smedley/Plummer position of entitlement that sees everyone affected and the Board's own reputations destroyed.
