The ceto 5 buoys took six months to build, perhaps the same for ceto 6?
If the detailed plan is not out until mid next year, it is hard to imagine that they will be ready to commence building the buoys until late in the year at the earliest.
What they probably will do is get everything else done, such as foundations, junction box, export cable laying etc, so there was no delay.
From what we have seen from the deployment of ceto 5, weather windows do present even during winter.
The new version does not require the installation of a pod on the sea floor, so they should be able to install these ones much faster. They do call them the plug and play version after all. A few hours should be all they need.
I'll be optimistic and say they could be deployed before the end of 2017.
