I agree with that, Megafauna.

Two things spring out at me from the announcement:

"paves the way for project finance for subsequent CETO projects"

"CETO 6 will advance the CETO technology towards commercial deployment"

Both statements indicate that CETO 6 may not be the final, commercial model. That's in line with an earlier chart from CWE around optimum output.

If that's the case, it would be dissappointing, but not unexpected. Independent analysts have always said that wave energy in general is 30-50 years from being viable, and MO himself recently stated that wave energy is where wind power was 30 years ago. Probably it will be our grandchildren, rather than us, who will benefit from CWE shares
