How odd...
Carnegie has outsourced the development of IP to University of Adelaide, HP and IPFP who are developing a controller that will supersede its own spring dampener control system (hasn't that been what they've been selling to as part of their innovation?). What is the point - CETO is dead, who is paying for all of this and why?
