Would be interested to learn how much of the $6million SPP is set aside for working capital in the new UK subsidiary and how long they forecast the money raised will now last based on future planned expenditure.

That said, a base in Scotland is a promising development - I just don't see how the company can afford to keep paying for all its obligations.

At some stage, after the share price has been trashed to a decimal point of a cent, what's to prevent a Repsol or an EDF from mounting a takeover of this company for $50million?

Great technology and long term, it could make a huge difference to our world, but I am not convinced that it is the current shareholders who are going to be the beneficiaries of the financial rewards unfortunately.

As for my subscribing to more shares at 3.2cents - ain't gonna' happen. I've already forked out and lost enough and based on "every" preceding placement, I will be able to buy at half this price within 12 months should I so choose.
