oh dear, latest instalment from Taxloss is pointing to some evidence that games may be being played with classifications of products, such as declaring a coat (higher duty) as a jumper (lower duty).
As pointed out in the write up, if true the company could face investigations from customs and/or a class action from customers related to duties paid, but never actually remitted to customs.
