E-Commerce was already in a growth pattern prior to Covid. It has been supercharged since. There are still plenty of empty retail stores around Melbourne. Once people become familiar with online buying it's natural they return. I don't have any fear things will reverse much at all. E-Commerce will keep growing. Great business.
