The fashion industry works on seasons they bring out new lines for each season then they have big sales at the end of the season to clear out stock for the new lines. The elite like lord bell buy when the new clothes hits the stores but the poor like me and nearly everyone else waits for the discounts so you have bigger buying at the end of seasons.
