@bcc_100 how do you arrive at that calculation?
The Naver acquisition is at ~$1.4b market cap, POSH are generating ~$350m revenue run rate and growing only modestly (not quite doubled in the last 2.5 years), so it's about 4x revenue.
Cettire has grown revenues about 10x in the same time POSH doubled, and is on track for around $300m revenues this year, which would imply a $1.2b valuation if the same multiple were applied, which roughly translates to a $3.20 share price.
Given CTT is growing at roughly 5 times the pace of POSH, it would be reasonable to assume it would command a meaningfully higher multiple in a change of ownership transaction, so I'm not sure how you arrived at the statement in your post? - Eternalgrowth
