    Reeks of (expensive) desperation to me. Actual cost will depend on the new share / loan notes split and unless the situation improves I can’t see much enthusiasm for loan note conversion. Anyway the ATO refund should cover the interest payments. Not sure about the principle repayment though, perhaps a raising?
