    this is looking like a backroom deal to sell the intellectual property rights of the company...clearly the idiots will not sell anything and as soon as the IP goes, 'the world will realise the potential and more sales will happen'...sorry this looks like a clear case of highway robbery done in a boardroom. Also, why arent the shareholders involved in this decision? What about our rights? We couldve generated/raised cash as well.
