In answer to your question, they have a manufacturing facility in Germany that has been waiting for orders such as this to get the ball rolling, and the more of these kinds of orders they get the more they will be able to move to large-scale production and lowering the production cost.

One of the exciting aspects of this is that it makes use of their existing manufacturing capacity, and if it can be followed by similar or (preferably) larger orders from their many prospective clients they can really start expanding their production facilities and reduce product cost -> easier sales + greater profit margin.

It is a very good launch pad, and whilst not a huge order compared to what we are ultimately expecting, it is a significant one to kick things off.
