No-one should underestimate the sigificance of today's announcement. As a result of trialling we finally have a contract- someone who has faith in the product for its broader objectives and willing to sign on the dotted line. The word of this contract will spread to other players and I tend to think others who are trialling surely have enough info now to make an informed decision.
What is most pleasing is that this is all happening in the absence of a carbon tax!!!!
