I went to investigate from the company itself, emailed to ask the directors as to why it was announced "approval" expected in Nov but now saying "in 3 months"?

Below is the full answer from the director:

Thank you for your email and your interest in WHA.

In regard to your questions I make the following points.

• WHA submitted its on line application on 13 October 2017 followed with a hardcopy of the application on 26 October 2017.
• Acceptance and the issue of the "number" occurred on 18 November 2017. We had the documents officially translated over the weekend and once we received the translated version WHA released the announcement.
• The lodgement of the application is not ‘material’ and only becomes so when CFDA approves the application to be in order.
• WHA has received ‘approval’ of application subject to final review. Please note all companies that have reached this point have been approved by CFDA. While this is not a guarantee, reaching this stage is a momentous occasion for WHA.
