    Oh, you mean the Sept 2015 report which quite clearly references and states-

    In  addition  to these  measures, the  Board  has  also  determined  it  prudent  to postpone the second dividend payment to shareholders  scheduled  for payment on 27 February 2015

    On 7 January 2015, the Company announced the cancellation of the second fully franked dividend of 2cps originally scheduled to be paid on 27 February 2015.

    They have quite clearly conflated cancellation with postponement. Rather opaque to say the least.
