Can someone explain to me why they feel the need to give equivalent to $240,000 (10,000,000 x $0.024) to the facilitator.

These companies share the same offices(32 Harrogate Street, WEST LEEDERVILLE, WA, AUSTRALIA, 6007), and even fax number (+61 8 9380 9666) is the same.

This is a paper shuffling exercise with skimming off the top, they are even embarrassed to say who the facilitator is as chances are, it is TS.

It has not even been detailed what the advantages of this move are compared to keeping it in the parent listing, no sub-company has provided shareholders with a single cent of profit.


Just as you think that we may have turned the corner with AML off the share registry, the whole situation is starting to smell of another TS rip off.
