it's the rest of AML shares or CMRC shares that were being sold down. A new 604 will need to be issued by whoever sold as both were above 5% at the time of transaction and now wouldn't be.
I'd guess it was AML as they were in admin and trying to offload at any-price, most likely the cause of the big fall. They've had 111million shares to offload (almost 20%).
