Ann: CFE Chairman reaffirms commitment by increasing Shareholding, page-26

Yes does seem to be good to be true and have been going through past annoucments to see what the catch is but so far it all seems that it's that good and the market just doesn't know about CFE.

From what I can see the sell down from around 10 cents was caused due to a distressed major shareholder who had gone into administration and was selling their 20% holding in CFE. Until today they still had a few to sell but looks like the director bought the remainder off them taking the selling pressure away that has contributed to the recent sell down.

Now this seller is gone I'd expect to see CFE at absolute minimum get back to around asset backing.
