i dont think the funder is worried about that. this is soon to be diluted into oblivion, the funder will own most of the company, the SP will tank more and get consolisated, and then when its all but worthless it will drop off the asx and go private. then we will all get an offer of 1% to buy us out.
the funder can do whatever they like with it once its private. a smart funder would have a deal to get their money back once that is all done.
