    IMO, there is a high probability of a higher offer.

    I dont think Sumich is on board in this offer.

    If so, i would suggest his name and an accompanying statement would have been included.

    Sumich has spent a lot developing DMM and GBE.

    I think 45-50c bid may very easily come.
