Followme - why would they offer more?
They control 37% - they only need an additional 13.01% and they have effective control.
The 37% holding deters ANY alternative takeover bid.
So I have to ask - why do you think they'll offer more?
I'd love to see more offered - but the fact is they have no reason to offer anymore.
