    Another 9.1M shares given to Bergin...at $750K ( = 8.2 cents).
    That's $1.5M converted in the last 2 weeks.. another $3.5M then they got their fill....so can't see Conti moving up too quickly.....Management have done their job so they say....acquiring a cornestone investor at the expense of your long term holders...what next capital raising to the institutions/corner stone investors?
