As i understand it URB was a LIC recently (two years) listed as a longterm value play, ran by the younger generation of SOL family. It was intended to have exposure to the growth of metropolitan infrastructure and capitalise on the expansion of urbanisation on the East coast. Until they decided to sell to TOT, the I.P.O. holders were the losers.
Although TOT looks to have good prospects i found it a very deceptive move from the stable stable of WHSP.
