Knowing one of the many Melbourne staff members who have departed servcorp within the last year I would say it has terrible management. The Williams and Collins st offices alone have turned over 20+ staff members, had 4 senior managers resign + their Head of Sales (who was widely thought to be a d*ck) and are running day to day on temp staffing. There is an old school mindset of profits before people and it stems from the top. I would not touch this stock with a ten foot pole.
