If I remember correctly you seemed to think that the EGM would remove the current board of directors, and that if it didn't occur the PGL SP would tumble. Neither has happened so hopefully you are predicitng the Cytopia proposal will get up as well and we can get on with the AVX/PGL merger that WILL be in the best interests of both PGL and AVX holders from what I see. I am with Cortinaboy in that things look good and the Cytopia proposal reeks of desperation.
