There can be many reasons for the high turnover of COO's and unless we are told the specific reasons then everything is conjecture. On a technical and engineering level DUG have a lot of runs on the board with excellent patents in place and highly efficient processes. My guess is they simply haven't recruited someone who is the right fit to manage what is now a public company. The potential is so great I'm willing to cut a bit of slack for the next 3 to 6 months to see what new contracts are signed and how quickly DUG gains wider acceptance. My reading is that no one, including the very big players, can compete with the efficiencies that DUG has achieved so right now there is a fair bit of blue sky ahead.
