An internal appointment is not really going to placate anyone. welsh has been part of the team so this is hardly new. How will they get on top of Modern Slavery? They make a reference to US a compliance legislation from 20 years ago when Welsh was at PWC.
Perhaps Welsh has been in carbon freeze for 20 years?
The more the current group of poor performers try to fix things the more mistakes they make.
