Nucleus is far from their biggest client and the only reason they are losing them is because of James Hay's partnership agreement with FNZ. A lot of Bravura's blue chips renewed with them in 2021 - unfortunate circumstance regarding nucleus but definitely not the end. Nucleus is also still using Bravura tech for quite some time as the migration plans are developed.
But yes a takeover offer could potentially be on the cards in the next 6 months.
