It's never great to lose management personal but similar to the situation with Peter King this seems like a departure on good terms and they've gone into more detail than you normally see in these announcements to show that it's due to personal reasons. I think if something was about to go horribly wrong with the upcoming results the CFO would be wanting to get out the door as quickly as possible.
